We take pride in our materials and workmanship in producing high quality products that provide an exceptional consumer experience. We want to guarantee every CESTO product with a limited warranty against manufacturer defects.
Warranty Period
All product is TWO years limited warranty period.
What is COVERED under the warranty period?
1. Manufacturing defects including material and workmanship at the time of received.
2. Products that experienced damage during the shipping process, broken or leaking lids vacuum stainless steel containers that have lost their insulating properties.
What is NOT COVERED under the warranty period?
1. Improper use or misuse of the product.
2. Damage or defect caused by cleaning, disassembly or modifications.
3. Damage or defect caused by or resulting from
- normal wear and tear (e.g. dents, scratches, fading and paint chips)
- accidental damage (e.g. dropped products) or
- any product which has been modified or repaired by anyone other than CESTO.
